These terms cover booking a home service through Corvus Dispatch, a booking service in Charlotte, NC, operated by Brunson Industries.
What we do
We take your request by text and try to line up an independent local pro for the time you pick. We confirm by text. We're new in Charlotte: if we can't confirm a pro for your time, we'll tell you, and you owe nothing.
Who does the work
The work is done by an independent pro, not by Corvus Dispatch. The pro sets the price, and you pay the pro directly. Any agreement about the work itself, including its price, quality and any guarantee, is between you and the pro.
Cost to you
Booking through Corvus Dispatch is free for homeowners.
Text messages
By texting us you agree to receive text messages about your booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Limits
We do our best to find a pro for your time but can't promise one will be available. To the extent the law allows, Corvus Dispatch isn't responsible for the pro's work or for losses arising from it.
