Privacy Policy
Corvus Dispatch is a booking service in Charlotte, NC, operated by Brunson Industries. This page explains what we collect when you text us and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your phone number, the messages you send us, and what you tell us to book a job: your address or cross streets, details about your dryer vent, and the times that work for you. Our website records basic visit data (such as the page and the ad that brought you) to measure our advertising.
How we use it
- To arrange the service you asked for and to text you about that booking.
- To share the details a pro needs to do the job (your name if you give it, your address, the time window and the job details) with the one pro we line up for you.
- To understand whether our ads and website work.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing. We don't send marketing texts; we text only about your booking.
Texting
You start the conversation by texting us. Message frequency varies with your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help.
How long we keep it
We keep booking conversations as long as we need them to run and follow up on the job, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by texting us.
